From Tokyo to Hachinohe
by train : 3 hours from “Tokyo Station” to “Hachinohe Station” by Shinkansen (high speed train), one service per one hour.

From “Hachinohe Station” to “Tanesashi Coast”
40 minutes by local train from “Hahinohe Station” to “Rikuzen Shirahamai Station”, 1 service per 1 - 2 hours in the daytime. 5 minutes walk from the RIkuzen Shirahama Station" to the entrance of Tanesashi Coast.
